A serial flasher who was caught β this time β exposing himself to a woman in Lower Nazareth Township will serve seven months to two years in Northampton County Prison, and must follow up with psychological and sex offender treatment, a judge ordered Friday. Benjamin W. Reiss' latest arrest came in March after he exposed and touched himself in front of a woman while they were stopped at a light at a Route intersection, according to court records.
