We had visited about 2 times. I've tried to soaked and it was super crowded with local people and some tourist. Quite good place for come but so far away about 3 hours from Denpasar.
Stopped here on 12 July with a group of 10 others. This is about my 10th time here but I did have several first timers in the group. I love coming here every time I am in the area.
The top pool is the warmest, the largest pool is a little cooler not much and then the 3rd smaller pool off to the side is the coolest of all. I always find it is so relaxing and healing to swim in these springs. I have psoriasis and coming here always helps my skin. It also seems to soak away any aches and pains especially if you stand under one of the water spouts as they give you a bit of a massage. Your swimwear will get a slight water staining to them but this does wash out so don't be too concerned.
Entry fee is only Rp15 per person so it is great value for money. There are change rooms available and there is a restaurant overlooking the springs where you can purchase food and drinks. There is a stretch of market stalls on the way in and out of the springs however they are not aggressive. I polite "no thank you" is all it takes. The walk in and out is easy with only a few steps that are not challenging.
I highly recommend coming here at least once. Agree with all of the positive reviews on this site. Usual gauntlet of pushy hawkers at entrance and small entrance fee. Upper pool is quite hot and lower is cooler and deeper m. Very busy place with tourists and can be crowded as the pools are not that large. Toilet and change facilities provided.
